We hand-pour, hand-label, and hand-tie every favor in our Duncans Mills studio — then you pick up, or we ship anywhere in the continental US.

Questions Planners Ask

The practical details.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Four weeks for pickup orders, six weeks for orders we're shipping. Larger quantities and custom scents may need additional time — reach out as early as you can and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

Is there a minimum order?

Our requested minimum is 24 candles — which generally covers small weddings, showers, and intimate dinners. For larger events, we scale up to several hundred favors without trouble.

What scents can I choose from?

Any scent currently on our website — our full candle library is available for custom favor orders. We can also send samples ahead of time so you can experience the options before you decide.

Can I request a custom scent not on your list?

Yes. Fully custom scent blending is available at an additional cost — ideal for couples who want a fragrance that matches a specific memory, place, or theme. Ask us about it when you inquire.

Can you ship to me or directly to my venue?

We ship anywhere in the continental United States — to you, to your planner, or straight to your venue. Shipping timeline is built into the six-week lead time for shipped orders.

Can I order a sample before committing to the full order?

Absolutely. Samples are available — a great way to see the tin, feel the organza, and smell the scent before finalizing your order. Ask for samples when you reach out and we'll walk you through the options.
