Most mobile fragrance bars offer the same scents at every event. We compose three — paired to your wines, your menu, or the mood of the day. The training comes from sommelier work: a discipline of nose, palate, and place. The result is a scent set that feels written for your event, because it was.

The streamlined composition. For intimate gatherings — bridal showers, milestone dinners, small winery moments. Two signature scents from the Après library, a single event label, bottled on-site.

Three scents · Three-hour service · Pre-event consultation · Custom label design

The full composition. For weddings, winery events, retreats, and private celebrations. Three signature scents paired to your wines, your menu, or the mood of the day — with a pre-event consultation and custom front-label design.

The Grand Atelier

$65 per guest
Four scents · Full consultation · Custom label design · Additional facilitator

The deeper composition. For larger weddings, corporate activations, and launch events. Four signature scents drawn from the wider library, with full consultation and a second facilitator keeping the experience graceful for a bigger room.

For very large weddings, corporate activations above 150 guests, or destination events outside Northern California, we quote case by case.

Add-ons — additional facilitators, expanded scent menus, custom gift boxes, signage integration — and travel beyond Sonoma County are quoted with your inquiry.

Stephanie is a Certified Sommelier, former yoga teacher of twenty years, and the founder and perfumer behind L'Atelier Fragrance Bar, Après Fragrance, and Duncans Mills Candle Co. She's spent her working life studying how the senses guide us back to ourselves — and every scent that travels with the bar comes from her library.

Her approach brings together the precision of sommelier training, the steadiness of a long teaching practice, and a working perfumer's library. She pairs the way she was taught to taste wine: slowly, specifically, and with curiosity for what's actually in the room.

Questions Planners Ask
How far in advance should I book?

Four to six weeks preferred for label production and pairing work. Weddings often book further out. Inquire and we'll tell you what your date allows.

Do you travel outside Sonoma County?

Yes — Napa, Mendocino, and the greater Bay Area, with travel built into the quote. Further afield, we quote case by case.

Which package is right for my event?

The Petite Atelier suits intimate gatherings — two signature scents and a streamlined service window. The Atelier Signature is the full experience for weddings, winery events, and private celebrations — three scents, pre-event consultation, custom-designed labels. The Grand Atelier opens the wider library with four scents and an additional facilitator — for larger weddings, corporate activations, and launch events. Inquire and we'll suggest the right shape for your day.

What does the host need to provide?

Logo files, power access at the station, and — if you'd like — a branded table dressed to your specifics. We bring everything else.

Can the station carry our own name and scent names?

Yes. Naming is yours. We build around the name you bring, or suggest one if helpful.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No strict minimum. Pricing is per guest, so smaller intimate gatherings are welcome — we'll quote to scope when you inquire.

Can the station be set up outdoors?

Yes. A pop-up tent or overhang is the only requirement, to protect the scents and labels from sun and weather.
